1. Orders & Payment
All prices are listed in NZD and include GST unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed securely via Stripe at checkout. Trade account customers may arrange account terms by contacting our sales team.
2. Shipping
Orders are typically dispatched within one business day. Standard shipping is free on orders over $150; a flat rate applies below that threshold, and rural delivery may incur additional charges as shown at checkout.
3. Returns & Warranty
Unwanted items may be returned within 30 days in original, unused condition and packaging, at the customer's cost, for a refund or exchange. Manufacturer warranty claims are handled directly through our in-house service team.
4. Liability
Aun Tools Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of products purchased through this website. Nothing in these terms limits any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
